Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
What is Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)?
IOP provides structured and comprehensive therapy sessions for individuals needing more support than traditional outpatient treatment.
Benefits of IOP: Increased accountability, intensive therapy, evidence-based treatment modalities.
Our program includes Master’s Level Licensed Therapists who lead our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). IOP consists of group sessions 3 days per week for 3 hours per session. Our groups cover topics such as addiction awareness, relapse prevention, communication skills, anger management, cognitive behavioral therapy, life skills, meditation and mindfulness, co-dependency, boundary setting and goal setting.
In our programs you will learn to cope with negative emotions and current life situations, identify beliefs you hold that are inconsistent with what is true, and heal unresolved traumatic events from the past. Healing takes place in a small group setting where you will receive valuable feedback from group facilitators and members while building strong and healthy interpersonal relationships. We provide a psycho-educational lecture series for family and community members on how to provide support during treatment while learning about addictive disorders and how these affect the brain.
