Foundations Health Centers is dedicated to serving Central Florida. Our mission is to provide professional addiction treatment services to all who seek them regardless of race, creed, or financial status. Those who seek our help will find a credentialed, professional staff of licensed counselors and a medical doctor offering a unique approach that is tailored to the needs of the individual client. We conduct individual and group counseling, and medication-assisted therapies with individuals from all walks of life.
