Our Drug and Alcohol Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation conducted by a Master's-level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) to determine the presence, severity, and appropriate level of care for substance use concerns. The assessment reviews personal, medical, and substance use history to identify patterns of use, risk factors, and any co-occurring mental health needs. Based on the findings, our MCAP provides a diagnostic impression (when applicable) and personalized treatment recommendations, which may be required for legal, employment, court-ordered, or personal purposes. Results are provided in a written report suitable for submission to courts, employers, or other referring parties
