At Foundations Health Centers we offer both outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services as well as MAT in conjunction with our therapy programing.

Our in-house physician will evaluate your individual situation and tailor your treatment to your unique needs. We are currently able to offer medications to help with cravings for alcohol, stimulants (cocaine, crack, methamphetamines), opiates (heroin, fentanyl, oral pain pills), kratom, 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH), as well as tobacco and nicotine products. We are also equipped to evaluate and treat some cannabis related disorders such as cannabis hyperemesis syndrome and cannabis withdrawal syndrome.

We offer both injectable versions of the medications (i.e. Sublocade, Brixadi, Vivitrol) as well as sublingual and oral medications targeted to prevent cravings for various drugs of abuse. At your first visit with our physician, treatment options individualized to your specific needs will be discussed.
